Canon Lide Scanner $45 What can you say, a scanner for $45.. not bad. This scanner is cool.. it’s very flat, you can easily throw it in your laptop bag along with your computer AND is toally USB powered. So no more power supply to worry about.  It is powered by an LED so it runs totally off the USB bus. There are 3 buttons on the scanner for copy, scan and email. These buttons can be configured via software. It runs under Vista well. The software it comes with is nice, it comes with a scanner app, OCR and photo editing app among other things. For $45, hey.. what more can you ask for.
